Amazing 2 bed 2 bathroom Penthouse on Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. One of only a 84 with 2 bathrooms. Extremely large living accommodation and furnished to a high standard. Step out of the living room to either of the covered or open terraces (both are 32m2 each and not overlooked so complete privacy) or look at the fantastic views to the Mar Menor and the hills to the back. You can watch the golf as it unfolds on the 4th, 5th, 6th greens. At the back there is also a small terrace of the bedrooms for that early breakfast or late drink with views to the hills and the 3rd Tee box.
A perfect location for a tranquil vacation in what must be one of the best climates in Spain with sunshine 300+ days a year and a very temperate climate during the winter months.
The region is fantastic and everything you need is only a short drive from the resort.
Relax in the peace and tranquility of this stunning apartment on this Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. We are close to both the historic port of Cartagena and the beautiful city of Murcia and also a short 15-20 mins drive to the stunning Mar Menor beaches. The warm shallow Mar Menor waters are suited to children whilst the sandy beaches are amongst the most stunning in Spain. This new resort is situated just a short drive from the small town of Sucina.
It has a low building density and overlooks the Murcian Hills. There are a generous amount of pools and children's play areas with the nearest pool being a minute walk from the apartment. The resort also has 24 hour security and a well equipped supermarket. All our guests will have the benefit of reduced green fees on all Polaris World Courses, why not enjoy The Nicklaus Golf Trail where you can play golf on three other Nicklaus designed courses. Free bus shuttle between PW resorts, although a car is recommended
Outside
The two large terraces have one of the best views on the resort and overlooks the golf course lake, mountains and 4th fairway and uninterrupted views to the Mar Menor. The covered terrace has furniture for relaxing and outside dining and is ideal for in or out of the sun! The open terrace is the place to get that sun tan. We overlook the communal pool and there is a small children's play area which can be viewed from the bedroom terrace. There are several other communal pools and a larger children's play area near bye.
We also have our own underground garage space which can be used by all guests, however there is ample outside parking.
