We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment between 10 and 17 October. It must have about the best position on the resort with sun on the terraces all day long and plenty of room. A car is essential if you want to explore the surrounding area. We visited Cartagena via the local train from Los Nietos which in itself is a facinating trip through an old industrial landscape. Also the train from Balsicas to Murcia saved having to worry about parking. We also really liked the port at Cabo de Palos with some very good fish eateries. We have recommended it to friends and family. |

August 2011 another fantastic holiday spent in Richard's apartment. The apartment is fantastic with two wonderful terraces one in sun and one in shade. The weather was very hot so the pool provided welcome relief. My two teenage boys had a brilliant time meeting up with friends they made last year we hardly saw them at night. My favourite view is looking towards Sucina with the cross on the hill, there are lots of reasonable priced places to eat in Sucina. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the surrounding countryside. We ate at Los Alcarez quite alot our favourite restaurant is Flavour. We were really impressed with the Hacienda restaurant and bar had a great social atmosphere but not too noisy. I would highly recommend this apartment as long as you leave a vacancy for us!!! thanks Richard |

Just returned from a short break at HR, which was partly to celebrate our sons birthday. The apartment was lovely, very spacious and nicely furnished. Great to have both sunshine and shaded areas on the terrace. The weather was perfect, played golf at Peraleja, La Manga and Hacienda Requelme, the course at HR being far and away superior to the other two. Had some good meals on the resort, in Sucina and at Peraleja. Thanks to Richard for letting us use your lovely apartment which we hope to stay at again in the not too distant future. Location on the resort is perfect for the clubhouse etc. and the golf views are great. |

July 26th - August 5th 2011 Weather excellent (10 Sunny Hot Days), Very large swimming pool which never felt crowded. The apartment was very spacious, and with two teenage daughters the second bathroom was a real plus. The view from the main terrace was stunning, watching the golfers tackling the tricky par five directly in front, and then views stretching all the way to La Manga many many miles away. At dusk we watched hundreds of Swallows, Housemartins, Swifts and a few bats performing aerobatics from the Terrace. We had a couple of decent meals at EM'S Bistro in Sucina, a very nice meal at La Peraleja Golf just down the road (pricey - but very nice !). The ladies also enjoyed the Dos Mares shopping complex at San Javier. We found a very nice beach to the east of San Pedro (off of J774 of the AP-7 motorway then left at the 2nd roundabout). We had a great holiday, in a lovely apartment with excellent weather in a great location. |

We stayed at the apartment in February. The apartment was spacious, and having the use of two bathrooms is ideal for 2 couples sharing. The balcony areas were great for watching the golf, sitting in the shade or taking in the sun. The location of the apartment is excellent with a short stroll to the supermarket for fresh supplies and the golf clubhouse and restaurant.
We even had our own special visit from the rare eagle owl currently living on HR. He enjoyed the balcony too!!

Just had a great week at HR played in the Spanish Seniors golf tournament, this is the second time at this apartment and must say enjoyed every minute, really helps with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of living space and the terraces are very big with great views to the surrounding areas. Would definately recommend and will be back - Robert |
